Using Manulife to Submit a Claim

To get started using Manulife App. You can start submitting claims after you complete 3 easy steps:

Step 1

Go to Manulife, Click Sign In under “My Group Benefits” to either set up your Manulife ID, or login. If you already have a Manulife ID from your Group Pension with Manulife, skip to step 2.

Step 2

After setting up your Manulife ID, you’ll need to activate your benefits plan by registering with the following information:
• Contract number: 146509
• Certificate number: Employee Number
• Name and date of birth

Step 3

At the end of the setup process, click Go to access the site, then navigate to My account tab to review and/or update personal details.

Tip: To get your money back faster through direct deposit, enter your banking information.
